Chef-Owner Daryl Cheong is an inspiring young chef who has recently taken over the running of Parsley & Thyme Restaurant. He is a product of Singapore’s leading At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy and has a degree in Business Management from the Queensland University of Technology. Upon graduation, he worked at a bank but eventually decided to pursue his love of cooking and became a full time Chef.
Since his graduation from At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, Daryl has worked in a couple of leading European restaurants before taking over Parsley & Thyme Restaurant. Daryl continues to serve all the popular dishes such as French Onion Soup, Braised Beef Cheek, 100% Grass-Fed New Zealand Tenderloin and Oven Baked Lamb Rack that Parsley & Thyme Restaurant has been well-known for.
