What’s better than a meat-and-seafood barbecue feast? A meat-and-seafood barbecue buffet by a gorgeous, shimmering pool.

And that’s what you get at Cocobolo Poolside Bar + Grill. Sitting on the second level of Park Hotel Clarke Quay, the alfresco restaurant recently revamped its weekend barbecue buffet menu and is offering an upsized variety of premium meats and seafood items and an expanded selection of appetisers.

Their weekend buffet is the perfect opportunity to unleash your carnivorous side. Diners can expect a heavenly combination of charcoal-grilled premium meats and succulent seafood like New Zealand Angus Beef, Australian Rack of Lamb, Assorted Grilled Sausages, Stingray with Spicy Shrimp Paste, Tiger Prawns with Saffron Spices and Turmeric Spiced Squids.

Restaurant Note

Please note that for Phase 2, social distancing measures are still in place, and restaurant dine-in reservations are limited to a maximum of 5 persons per table.

Only Friday & Saturday will be having the BBQ Buffet dinner, starting at 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
Other days will just be under the Ala Carte menu.
