The BIJIN NABE is a combination of the freshest vegetables, seafood and chicken cooked in their Signature Golden Collagen Chicken Stock. The stock is stewed more than 8 hours until the chicken bones are fully dissolved. Eventually, chicken stock turns into a smooth and silky collagen pudding.

Restaurant Note

Please note that for Phase 2, social distancing measures are still in place, and restaurant dine-in reservations are limited to a maximum of 5 persons per table.

Dear valued patrons, kindly take note of the following notice from restaurant:
1. Table will be released after 5 minutes if other guests are waiting.
2. Dining time will be 1 hour 30 minutes.
3. We can only seat the reservation when the full party turns up.
4. Our steamboat will go by per head (12 years & above).
