Balzac Brasserie & Bar is a chic French Brasserie recently relocated at Fort Canning Arts Centre, home of the Singapore Pinacotheque De Paris. Offering an exquisite menu and a well curated wine list designed by the award winning Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois, the cuisine remains classically French, market driven, stunning yet down to earth. The menu features some of the well-loved original dishes like the exquisitely balanced Dubois lobster bisque and the braised wagyu beef cheeks. Chef Jean-Charles also brings an exciting array of new dishes aimed at bringing modern flavours to traditional cooking techniques that reflect the core of his culinary philosophy.
